We understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary, and we have established a clear and transparent return policy to ensure a smooth and fair process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Only items purchased directly from The Golden Hour Boutique or authorized sellers are eligible for returns
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

2. Receive Return Instructions
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

3. Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Inspection & Approval
Once received, the returned item will be inspected to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements.

5. Refund or Exchange
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If an exchange is requested, replacement items will be shipped based on availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, The Golden Hour Boutique will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items

Wholesale Returns
For wholesale orders, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Wholesale partners should contact customer support to discuss returns, exchanges, or store credit options. Special terms may apply for bulk orders or shipping issues.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size, color, or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
